Mr. Bello is a Seasoned IT professional with a comprehensive business/technical skillset and expertise in business process automation/management (BPM), enterprise application integration (EAI), process improvement, systems integration, requirements analysis, workflow design, project management, leadership, network systems/datacentre optimization, testing/quality assurance, network security, customer service, and vendor relationships.
Results-oriented, and highly resourceful, with over 15 years of combined experience covering diversified aspects of IT service delivery, Technical pre-sales, architecture, and consultancy. Obsessed with customer satisfaction, and able to address needs efficiently and in a timely manner.
Currently, Yemi Bello is the IT Consultant for Lagos and Edo State Emergency Command and Control Centres processing over 2 million calls monthly.
